Meet the Founder
Mente360 was founded by Roderick, a veteran technologist with over two decades of experience building enterprise software at companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
But the idea for Mente360 didn't come from a boardroom—it came from watching his wife, a practicing therapist, spend evening after evening wrestling with clunky software and endless paperwork.
"I knew there had to be a better way," Roderick says. "I'd spent my career making complex systems simple for enterprises. Why couldn't someone do the same for the people doing the most important work—helping others heal?"
